PURPOSE: A lower wire guide device of a wire electric discharging machine is provided to improve a driving speed of a wire because movable assistant unit operates by detecting a passing of the wire through a switch. CONSTITUTION: A lower wire guide device(200) of a wire electric discharging machine comprises a stay block(210), a ceramic block(216), a lower guide block unit(220), a guide wheel unit(230), a guide wheel(240), and a guide connector(250). The stay block is installed in front of a lower arm unit(17). The ceramic block for insulation is installed in the upper part of the stay block. The lower guide block unit supports the wire to be in a tensioned state. The guide wheel unit is fixed to the stay block by a fastening member. The wire led out from the lower guide block unit enters into the guide wheel unit. The guide wheel unit discharges the wire to the lower arm unit. The guide wheel unit is rotatably installed inside the guide wheel unit. The guide wheel guides a driving of the wire. The guide connector is installed in a direction of the guide wheel unit where the wire is discharged. The guide connector is installed in an outer pipe(172) arranged in the lower arm unit. |
