FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to the area of medicine and can be used for treatment of patients with primary and recurrent squamous cell carcinoma of oral cavity (lips, cheek, tongue, mouth bed) independently or a part of a combination treatment, or to impact recurrent and residual tumors after radical radiotherapy. If the tumor diameter is up to 1.5 cm inclusively, it is destructed by needle electrode (NE), its active part (AP) being 10 mm, total length - 10 cm, power 40 W, temperature along the whole destruction surface 990, exposure 3 min, infusion rate (IR) of isotonic solution 80 ml/hour. If the tumor diameter is 1.5 to 2.0 cm, the NE destruction with its AP being 15 mm, total length - 15 cm, power 50 W, temperature along the whole destruction surface 90-990, exposure 3-4 min, infusion rate (IR) 100 ml/hour is performed. If tumor diameter is 2.1 to 2.5 cm it is destructed by NE with AP 15 mm with the total length of 20 cm, power 55 W, temperature along the whole destruction surface 90-990, exposure 4-5 min, infusion rate (IR) 110 ml/hour is performed. If the tumor diameter is exceeding 2.5 cm, NE with AP 20 mm with its length 15-20 cm, power 60 W, temperature along the whole destruction surface 90-990, exposure 5-6 min, IR 120 ml/hour is performed. ^ EFFECT: method provides for the conservation of comprehensive organ functions, decreases trauma and complications score, provides for optimum cosmetic results. ^ 3 cl, 2 ex |
