PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with the issue of intending simpler operation in a central control room of a train radio communication unit, and intending inspection of inter-train communication without intervention of the central control room in case of maintenance. SOLUTION: In a central control room 10, an incoming lane train number indicator 20 and a switch 21 integrated thereto are provided for each zone. By turning the switch 21 on, it is configured to make automatic dialing to a train having a train number indicated at that time on the paired indicator 20. Thus, without dialing the train number, automatic dialing can be made by turning the switch 21 on. Meanwhile, a central control unit 4 includes speech control units 51, 52, and switches SW1, SW2 and SW3. By setting the switches SW1, 2 off and the switch SW3 on, the speech control units 51, 52 are connected directly, thereby attaining inter-train communication without intervention of the central control room 10.
