The device (1) has a rechargeable storage medium (3) provided in a housing (2), where diameter, height and electric voltage of the device are exactly adapted to diameter, height and voltage of standardized button cell, micro cells and mignon cells. An antenna (4) for a wireless energy receiving unit (5) is provided in the housing. The storage medium is designed as a capacitor e.g. double layer capacitor, or a button cell rechargeable battery. The antenna is formed as an induction coil in formed copper wire windings with a ferromagnetic core. An independent claim is also included for a charging device for inductive charging of an electrical energy storage device.
