<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power system monitoring and control apparatus which, even when two or more operators correct one and the same operation slip, reduces the burden of passing over the changed contents of an operation slip between operators and makes it easy to grasp the contents corrected due to a change in the system state and the reasons of correction. <P>SOLUTION: The electric power system monitoring and control apparatus comprises system state change detecting means 101 which detects whether a change occurred in the electric power system state and current system state; post-operation execution system state creating means 104 which creates a post-operation execution system state after a change in the system state was reflected in pre-operation system state data and then a system operation slip was executed; system operation slip correction plan creating means 106 which checks the power outage state in a post-operation execution system state or the result of load-flow calculation to see if a correction is necessary and, if a correction is necessary, creates a system operation slip correction plan and, if a correction is unnecessary, but the result of load-flow calculation contains some abnormal items, creates guidance from those abnormal items; and system operation slip displaying means 107 which displays a system operation slip correction plan along with a system operation slip. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
