<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reagent by which a D dimer is measured with high sensitivity even in a low concentration area without raising concentration of an antibody to the D dimer in the reagent for measurement and without adding a sensitizer to the reagent. <P>SOLUTION: The above problem is solved by the reagent for measuring the D dimer which includes a carrier obtained by sensitizing first and second monoclonal antibodies which react to the D dimer, however, whose reactivity to the D dimer is different from each other, in which the first monoclonal antibody reacts to a macromolecular fraction and a low molecular fraction of the D dimer, the second monoclonal antibody reacts to the macromolecular fraction, however, the reactivity with the low molecular fraction of the second monoclonal antibody is different from that of the first monoclonal antibody. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
