POLYCARBONATE RESIN AND LAMINATE MOLDING MEMBER USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate molding member having good appearance which is excellent in abrasion resistance and surface hardness, and to provide a polycarbonate useful as a raw material.

SOLUTION: The polycarbonate is obtained by reacting a compound expressed by one or more sorts of general formulas (A) and a compound expressed by one or more sorts of general formulas (B) with a carbonate-forming compound. The polycarbonate has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 130-160°C. The laminate molding member having a layer which makes the polycarbonate a principal component is disclosed.
