<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently sieving food powder such as wheat flour in finishing sieving or re-sieving at the finishing process of the wheat flour. <P>SOLUTION: The method for sieving the food powder is characterized by that food powder composed of at least one sort of wheat flour or starch is sieved by a method satisfying a sieving conditions (1) and (2). (1) Sieving treating amount is 200 to 2,000 kg/h×m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>per unit area (m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>) of a using sieve screen 101. (2) The surface or the whole of the sieve screen 101 is constituted of a base material made of a resin, wherein a minute rugged layer containing zirconium oxide covered with a silane monomer having an unsaturated bond part and a binder component consisting of tetramethoxy silane is fixed on a base material surface, and the fixing method includes fixing the unsaturated bond part and the base material surface by chemical bonding by graft polymerization. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
