PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable log information to be transmitted to a management server in a form which is easily managed in the management server while reducing the risk of information leakage when the log information on a job performed on a device is transmitted to the management server.

SOLUTION: A log information processing apparatus comprises: an authentication part 107 for authenticating a user; a storage part 106 for storing log information on a job based on a request of the authenticated user; and a control part 104 for creating log information in which part of the log information stored in the storage part 106 has been replaced with information related to the part of the log information and for issuing an instruction to transmit the replaced log information to an external device.
