A nuclear plant operation supervision device is provided with: a first operation console (12) which comprises displays (31 to 37) which can be operated by operators; an operation command console (14) which comprises displays (41 to 44) which can be operated by a shift supervisor; a transmission device (51) which is capable of allowing images displayed on the displays (31 to 37) of the first operation console (12) to be displayed on the displays (41 to 44) of the operation command console (14); and a switch device (54) which switches the images on the displays (41 to 44) of the operation command console (14) to the images on the displays (31 to 37) of the first operation console transmitted by the transmission device (51). This improves communication between the shift supervisor and the operators in operation of the nuclear plant to secure high security in operation supervision.
