Optical film having Anti-scratch chracteristics for enhanced brightness and Preparing thereof

PURPOSE: An optical film having anti-scratch characteristics for enhanced brightness and preparing thereof are provided to improve a condensing effect and scratch resistance. CONSTITUTION: An optical film(110) is comprised of a base layer. A light concentration pattern is formed in the top of the film to improve luminance. A lens shape(130) is formed in the bottom of the base layer to implement scratch resistance. The lower curved surface of the lens shape is comprised of a flat side and is formed with the same transparent resin. The light concentration pattern condenses the progressive direction of light to improve luminance. The light concentration pattern concentrates and reflects incident light. The concentrated light is progressed to a liquid crystal display panel and the reflected light is reflected to be concentrated through a reflective sheet.
