<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer set for specifically amplifying a corona virus-originated nucleic acid, and a method for detecting and/or classifying the virus. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the primer set, wherein the primer set is the nucleic acid primer set for LAMP amplification for specifically amplifying the corona virus-originated nucleic acid; each of FIP primer, BIP primer, F3 primer and B3 primer is at least one kind of primer that includes a polynucleotide composed of a specific sequence or a polynucleotide including a mutation in a range in which the corona virus-originated nucleic acid can be specifically amplified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
