<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To tear off a plate while suppressing the occurrence of a burr. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for tearing off a plate, a frame 15 is sandwiched between an upper pad 21 and a die 23 at one side of an easily tearable potion 17 about a spring part 13 with the easily tearable portion 17 formed and the frame 15, and a punch 25 is operated to a lower pad 27 that can go down against energization force to tear off the easily tearable portion 17 while clamping the spring part 13 on the other side at the outside of the easily tearable portion 17. The operation and guiding of the punch 25 activate tensile force in the easily tearable portion 17 in the surface direction of the spring part 13 and the frame 15 to tear off the plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
