<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-making packaging machine that makes a non-defective bag from a bag body which has been stopped in a sealing step when the bag-making packaging machine is restarted after operation stop due to a trouble of a bag-making unit or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A bottom seal device 50 includes a pair of openable and closable seal bars 57 installed so as to face the inside of each lever by drive control of a servo motor 40 of a first drive unit 25b. A side seal device 65 includes a pair of openable and closable seal bars 72 installed so as to face the inside of each lever by drive control of a servo motor of a second drive unit 25c. During normal operation, the opening of the seal bars is set to a small opening in both the seal devices. When the operation of a packaging machine body unit and/or the bag-making unit is stopped, the opening of the seal bars is set to a large opening in both the seal devices. When the packaging machine body unit and/or the bag-making unit is restarted, at least one heat sealing operation is performed before normal operation is restored in both the seal devices. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
