PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the location of an abnormality occurring from a coupler unit to an output point of an antenna with a simple circuit configuration.

SOLUTION: An abnormality monitoring device 1 estimates the location of an abnormality occurring in a transmission system into which a high frequency wave including a plurality of frequency components is input. The abnormality monitoring device 1 includes a synthesis unit 11 that is provided in the transmission system and synthesizes an incident wave and a reflection wave of the high frequency wave. The abnormality monitoring device 1 further includes a detection unit 12 that calculates an intensity distribution in a frequency region of the synthesis wave that is synthesized by the synthesis unit 11.
