<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel used for various electric apparatuses, which provides reliable operation and is easy to manufacture. <P>SOLUTION: Between an upper substrate 1 and a lower substrate 2, spacers 9C and 9D are formed at inner edge of outer periphery and plural openings 10 are formed at the both ends thereof, and the plural openings 10 are sealed with a sealing agent 11. With this, when filling a space with a sealing agent 7, right and left end spacers 9A and 9B and front and rear end spacers 9C and 9D prevent short-circuiting between the upper substrate 1 and lower substrate 2 due to warping thereof. Also due to the plural openings 10 at the end of the spacers 9C and 9D, the space can be filled with the sealing agent 7 without generating any air bubbles. Thus, a touch panel, which provides reliable operation can be easily manufactured in a short time, and manufacturing method thereof are achieved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
