<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film waterproof sheet that can avoid the solvent trouble involved in coating of a waterproof material when constructing a coating film waterproof structure by applying a polyurethane waterproof material and that has high adhesive strength with a polyurethane waterproof material layer without the possibility that the inside can be broken due to a stress such as earthquakes, and that can provide a smooth and good appearance. <P>SOLUTION: In a coating film waterproof sheet 10, a synthetic resin film 1 is sandwiched between nonwoven fabric layers 2, 3 and integrated with the nonwoven fabric layers. The nonwoven fabric layer 2 installed in a lower layer of the synthetic resin film 1 is formed of a nonwoven fabric with a basis weight of 100-500 g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>that is entangled by needle punching or fluid entanglement, and the nonwoven fabric layer 3 installed in a upper layer of the synthetic resin film 1 is formed of a chemical bond nonwoven fabric.
