<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting coil which allows coil reshaping after molding the coil, and provide a superconducting rotating machine utilizing the same. <P>SOLUTION: A superconducting coil 1 has a superconducting wire rod 5 coated with insulating material, and a bobbin 4 on which the superconducting wire rod 5 is wound. The bobbin 4 includes a first member 2 of an annular thin plate, and a second member 3 which is connected with the first member 2 at the inner periphery and spreads toward the outer periphery.
