摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste material and subsidiary material charging apparatus having a simplified structure by integrating a waste material charging apparatus and a subsidiary material charging apparatus of a waste melting furnace and that is capable of preventing blocking caused by adhesion of dust. <P>SOLUTION: The waste material and subsidiary material charging apparatus provided at a furnace top part includes an intermediate hopper 2 for storing waste and subsidiary materials to be charged into the furnace. An upper seal valve 6 that opens and closes during reception of the waste material is provided at an upper end of the intermediate hopper 2. A lower seal valve 7 that opens and closes during insertion of the waste and subsidiary materials into the waste melting furnace is provided at a lower end of the intermediate hopper 2. The intermediate hopper 2 includes a subsidiary material chute 21 communicated therewith so that the subsidiary material can be introduced into the intermediate hopper 2, an upper seal valve 23 provided at an upper end of the subsidiary material chute 21, and an inactive gas blowing pipe 25 connected to the intermediate hopper 2 for introducing inactive gas into the intermediate hopper to replace gas in the intermediate hopper. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
