<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof fan unit and the construction method of a roof fan unit in which the construction of a long-size duct is not needed upon the construction of a roof fan, the construction can be performed even on a stage when a manufacturing line is undecided and, lifting processes, the amount of high-place work and the amount of work on a roof can be reduced compared with a conventional execution. <P>SOLUTION: The roof fan 7 is supported and fixed to a frame body 4 having a roof light window frame on the ground, thereafter, lifted together with the frame body 4 to the roof of a building 24 and installed and fixed to a prescribed position. A blowout tool 11 is attached to the lower part of the roof fan 7 via a short pipe 8. External air sucked by the roof fan 7 is blown out from a blowout port disposed on the inclined surface of the blowout element 11 to the obliquely lower side with respect to a space in the building 24.
