NUCLEIC ACID TESTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid testing device capable of well maintaining adherence between a container containing a sample and a supporting member in a repeating step of a temperature cycle without using a pressing member in a temperature mechanism of the nucleic amplification device, and also obtaining an accurate and highly reproducible quantitative result.

SOLUTION: The nucleic acid testing device includes: a container 1 for holding a sample 2 and a reagent; a lid 6 for capping the container 1; the supporting member 3 having a plurality of installation holes 22 of the container attaching firmly along the outer shape of the container 1 and capable of adjusting the temperature; and a fluorescence detecting part for detecting the fluorescence emitted from inside the container 1. The supporting member 3 has heat transfer properties and the container 1 capped by the lid 6 is fixed to the supporting member 3 by a magnetic force.
