The multilayered fabric which has a woven texture of a multilayer structure composed of two or more layers or a knitted texture of a multilayer structure composed of two or more layers has, in one of the outermost layers, a composite yarn which is configured of false-twist crimped fibers having an S-direction torque and false-twist crimped fibers having a Z-direction torque and which has a torque of 30 T/m or less.
