<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing method and device that can increase coloring stability of a ribbon. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: a step of forming a dye receiving layer on a first region of the ribbon; a step of forming a plurality of dye regions on a second region of the ribbon; a step of receiving target image data; a step of feeding a print medium; a step of transferring the dye receiving layer of the ribbon onto the print medium when feeding the print medium; and a step of transferring the plurality of dye regions of the ribbon onto the print medium after the dye receiving layer of the ribbon is printed onto the print medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
