<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a file having a confidential document and the like transmitted as an attached file from being opened at a wrong transmission destination. <P>SOLUTION: When a transmission side information processor 2 transmits an electronic mail with an attached file having a confidential document and the like, a file storing a name of a safety reception folder in a reception side information processor 3 is attached to the electronic mail for transmission. When the reception side information processor 3 receives the electronic mail with the file and the file having the confidential document and the like, it is determined whether or not a name of the file storing the name of the safety reception folder is the same as the actual name of the safety reception folder. Only when it is determined that the names are the same, the attached file attached to the electronic mail can be restored and opened.
