<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid container that can easily and accurately determine whether there is a liquid or not in the container with few changes of the structure of the apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid container 5 of the apparatus body that is replaceably set in a container mounting part 17 includes an IC tag 4 that wirelessly communicates with the apparatus body. The IC tag 4 has a detection means that detects that the liquid left in the container is a predetermined one or less.
