<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically execute the abnormal sound inspection of a chattering sound while securing at least fixed accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: An inspection object sound acquisition part 401 acquires data of sounds within a fixed time from a speaker operation time among data of a time area of sounds to be input to a microphone 213 when a speaker 21 loaded on an inspection object vehicle operates as inspection object sound data. A reference sound acquisition part 402 acquires data of sounds within a fixed time from the speaker operation time among the data of the time area of the sounds input to the microphone 213 when the speaker loaded on the vehicle where any chattering sound is not generated operates as reference sound data.
