<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cell cushion suitably following up the downward curvature of a seating surface of a wheelchair. <P>SOLUTION: The air cell cushion is configured to have a first air cell group by a plurality of air cell rows arranged side by side in the width direction of the seating surface among the air cells, and to have a second air cell group by a plurality of other air cell rows. The air cells overlapping in the positions in the front and rear direction of the seating surface of the respective air cells in the first air cell group are connected to each other with front and rear-direction connecting pipes 111, and the air cells overlapping in the positions in the front and rear direction of the seating surface of the respective air cells in the second air cell group are connected to each other with front and rear direction connecting pipes 121.
