INTERCOM SYSTEM FOR MULTIPLE DWELLING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercom system that can manage shared accommodations such as meeting rooms by an operation of a master unit of a house intercom in a multiple dwelling.

SOLUTION: The intercom system is configured to include an authentication terminal 7 that is provided in a shared accommodation 2 and a management control unit 3 for accepting an input operation and processing prescribed information between the management control unit and a master unit of a house intercom 11. The management control unit 3 generates and registers prescribed reservation setting information when an operation of unlock reservation for the shared accommodation 2 is performed through the master unit of the house intercom 11, and performs an authentication on the basis of the registered reservation setting information and unlocks an electric lock 8 of the shared accommodation 2 when a user code is input in the authentication terminal 7.
