<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a control device for an automatic tracking camera by which an operator can set a screen output position of a subject with a simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: A control device for an automatic tracking camera having a function of selecting a subject to be tracked among subjects imaged by a camera and displayed on a monitor screen, and outputting and displaying the selected subject on a predetermined position of the monitor screen, has: switching means that switches a camera between a normal imaging mode and a tracking mode; and signal output means that outputs a driving signal for driving the automatic tracking camera so that an image of the subject to be tracked is outputted on an output position that is set by output position setting means, which sets an output position at the time of display of the subject to be tracked on a screen. In a tracking mode, the driving signal is outputted from the signal output means to the automatic tracking camera so that a movement direction at the time when the subject to be tracked is moved to an output position on the monitor screen and an operation direction in the output position setting means are the same. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
