<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemming device which has improved accuracy of hemming work, suppresses the occurrence of trouble and furthermore enables a single hemming device to perform hemming work and welding thereby achieving reduction in equipment cost and the number of man-hour and shortening of a production line. <P>SOLUTION: The hemming device (10) includes: a welding section (60) having a movable electrode (64) for welding a workpiece (W); a support member (3) which freely rotatably supports pressing rollers (2b, 2c) and also supports the movable electrode (64); and a drive device (4) which is mounted to a robot (1) and which rotates the support member (3). A portion of the support member (3), the portion being apart from both portions at which the support member (3) supports the pressing rollers (2b, 2c) and the movable electrode (64) respectively, is fixed to a rotation shaft of the drive device (4).
