<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of optical coupling efficiency due to sticking of metal abrasion powder generated by sliding of an electric connection portion during electric connection to an optical connection portion. <P>SOLUTION: A photoelectric composite connector comprises: a plug 40 including an insertion fitting portion 47; and a receptacle 70 including a storage space 78 inserted with the insertion fitting portion 47 of the plug 40 therein. The plug 40 includes an optical connection portion (an optical member 42) at a front end of the insertion fitting portion 47 and an electric connection portion (a terminal 41) on a rear side of the optical connection portion. The receptacle 70 includes an optical connection portion (an optical member 73) on a depth side of the storage space 78 and an electric connection portion (a terminal 72) on a front side of the optical connection section. A shutter 75 is provided just before the optical connection portion of the receptacle 70 and has a structure in which the shutter 75 is opened during an optical connection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
