PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cogging torque of a brushless motor. SOLUTION: Coils are wound around teeth of a stator core. Parts of the stator core are extended to one axial direction and the other axial direction, respectively, and first and second extended parts along corresponding ends of the coils are formed. A rotor 3 includes multi-pole magnets 7. The multi-pole magnets 7 are arranged at N-pieces of stages (N is an integer of not smaller than 6) in the axial direction S1, and include a plurality of multi-pole magnets 71 to 78 including a plurality of magnetic poles 32 which are arranged in the circumferential direction R1 of the rotor core at equal intervals.
