<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneading apparatus for providing high dispersion at a low kneading temperature and performing kneading at a high treatment rate. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the kneading apparatus having two rolls for kneading a raw material mixture.
