<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the wear of a synchronous member and completely prevent corotation at an initial position of a spindle since the complete prevention of the corotation at the initial position of the spindle is difficult and the wear of a member constituting a synchronous mechanism is large in a conventional technology though the technology is provided for reducing an impact at engagement by imparting synchronous rotation to a driven side immediately before clutch teeth are engaged with one another in a thread fastening machine with an engaging type clutch. <P>SOLUTION: The spindle 15 is synchronously rotated by allowing a regulating member 23 to slidingly contact with a tapered face 21d at the inner circumferential side of the clutch teeth 15d, 21b. Circumferential speed is lower at the inner circumferential side than at an outer circumferential side, so that the wear of the regulating member 23 is reduced. Since the regulating member 23 is detached from the tapered face 21d at the initial position of the spindle 15, a corotation force through the synchronous mechanism 25 is not caused. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
