摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CMOS amplifier circuit for stably reducing consumption current when output voltage is in intermediate voltage between power supply voltage and ground in the CMOS amplifier circuit with low consumption current and a large input/output dynamic range. <P>SOLUTION: The CMOS amplifier circuit includes: first and second CMOS circuits 1 and 2 having complementary outputs; and an output amplification portion 3 amplifying outputs of the first and second CMOS circuits while they are synthesized by a push-pull system and a source ground amplification system. The circuit also includes: a first control circuit 4 changing output of the second CMOS circuit and reducing activation of the output amplification portion in accordance with the change of the output of the first CMOS circuit to a prescribed size or above and activation of the output amplification portion; and a second control circuit 5 changing the output of the first CMOS circuit and reducing the activation of the output amplification portion in accordance with the change of the output of the second CMOS circuit to a prescribed value or above and activation of the output amplification portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
