<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus and a program capable of suitably carrying out image conversion processing for converting a photographic image on which a person is captured to a picture-like image (pictorial image). <P>SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus 1 of the present invention comprises: a face detection unit 10a for obtaining an image and detecting a face image of a person captured on the obtained image; a determination unit 10b for determining if the person's face image detected by the face detection unit 10a satisfies a predetermined reference; and an image conversion processing unit 10c for carrying out image conversion processing for converting an image to a picture-like image according to a determination result from the determination unit 10b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
