<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide delicious instant solid green tea which is easy in use. <P>SOLUTION: The instant solid green tea is obtained by mixing commercial powder green tea with water-soluble polymers and disaccharides and the like and then molding the mixture into a tablet-like solid by a tablet machine.
