PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency switch which can be miniaturized, while absorbing an undesired signal from outside. SOLUTION: There is provided the high-frequency switch equipped with: a through transistor connected between a first terminal and a second terminal; and a shunt transistor connected between the second terminal and the ground, characterized in that a gate width of the shunt transistor is narrower as compared with a gate width of the through transistor.
