PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible printed wiring board in which flexibility is improved in order to reliably prevent disconnection in a conductor wiring that constitutes a conductor wiring layer, particularly a flexible printed wiring board that has a shield layer for effectively shielding electromagnetic noise and is repeatedly bent in one direction for use. SOLUTION: The flexible printed wiring board 1 is repeatedly bent in one direction for use and includes: a substrate 2; a conductor wiring layer 5 provided above the surface of the substrate 2; a cover lay film 7 provided on the surface of the conductor wiring layer 5; and a shield layer 15 that is provided on the surface of the cover film 7 and is continuous with the conductor wiring layer 5 via a through hole 13 formed in the cover lay film 7.
