摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves evaluating acceleration and/or speed signals of wheels of a towing vehicle and/or a vehicle trailer and an angle signal or angle ratio between the towing vehicle and the vehicle trailer, by a control device (3). An unstable driving movement e.g. rolling motion or oscillating motion, of the towing vehicle and/or the vehicle trailer is detected using the evaluated signals. Selective braking intervention is performed by a short circuit of an armature winding of a synchronous machine (2) during the unstable driving movement. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for operating of a stabilization system for trailer (claimed) pulled by a vehicle i.e. motor car. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The selective braking intervention is performed by the short circuit of the armature winding of the synchronous machine during the unstable driving movement of the towing vehicle and/or a vehicle trailer, thus ensuring driving stability of the trailer to maintain a stable driving behavior with reduced effort at a sensor system and the control device.
