Hydrogen sensor using ZnCoO nano powder

PURPOSE: A hydrogen sensor using ZnCoO nano powder is provided to measure the magnetic property change of ZnCoO using hydrogen. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogen sensor using ZnCoO nano powder comprises a housing tube(100), a boat(200), a coil(300), and a measurement unit(400). An inlet and an outlet are formed in both ends of the housing tube. The boat is formed inside the housing tube. Elastic bodies(210) are connected to both ends of the boat. ZnCoO powder is located at the boat. The coil is formed on the outer surface of the housing tube. An electric field is induced to the coil through the elastic movement of the boat. The measurement unit is connected to the coil and measures currents or voltage according to the change of the electric field induced to the coil.
