<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic induction heating cooker which improves air circulation of cooling air at the time of suction and prevents inflow of water into a circuit board and the like though water flows in from an intake port. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic induction heating cooker comprises motor cases 12, 14, a motor 13 provided in the motor cases 12, 14 approximately centering a shaft center of a through hole 14b, a sirocco fan 15 provided outside the through hole 14b of the motor cases 12, 14 and attached to a rotation axis of the motor 13, a board housing case 21, to which the motor cases 12, 14 with the sirocco fan 15 rotatably housed therein is attached, housing a circuit board 24 inside, and air intake ducts 12c, 14c each rising and having an intake port opening upward provided on a suction side of the motor cases 12, 14.
