<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly thermometer for women. <P>SOLUTION: A thermometer for women includes: a means for measuring basal body temperature; a means for inputting menstruation item data; a means for predicting a next menstruation date, based on the basal body temperature and the menstruation item data; a means for storing a predicted next menstruation date; a means for reading the stored next menstruation date at predetermined intervals after power on (S902), and determining whether the current date is within the range of a period of the next menstruation date (S903); and a means for turning on a mark indicating the next menstruation date in an automatic display area when the current date is determined to be within the range of the period (S906-S909), and turning off the mark indicating the next menstruation date when the present date is not within the range of the period (S910). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
