PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate structure capable of changing surface free energy at small ultraviolet ray irradiation, and a manufacturing method of the laminate structure, and to provide an electronic element having the laminate structure, an electronic element array having a plurality of the electronic elements and a display device having the electronic element array. SOLUTION: The laminate structure has: a wettability change layer 12 containing a material in which critical surface tension is changed by applying energy on a substrate 11; and a conductive layer 13 in which a pattern is formed at the wettability change layer 12. The material changing the critical surface tension has a main chain and a side chain, and the side chain has two regions or more in which coupling is ruptured if energy is absorbed.
