<p>The device (10) has an electric drive (12) provided with a connection point (13) for a public power network (14) for charging an electric motor accumulator (15) i.e. high voltage electric motor accumulator, with an external energy. A connection point (16) for a decentralized and private power generating unit (17) charges the electric motor accumulator with an intrinsic energy. The electric motor accumulator enables storage of electrical power for the drive. The drive comprises an electromotor drive-technically coupled with driving wheels (22) of a motor car (11) i.e. electric motor car.
