<p>Disclosed are a production device and a production method for a two-layer-structured lid having a threaded portion wherein an inner layer and an outer layer do not rotate with each other, and do not drop, even if a locking structure is not provided. A device comprises an injection molding machine provided with a rotating platen axially rotatable around a revolution axis, and a fixed platen arranged to be opposed to the rotating platen; a plurality of threaded dies arranged on the front face of the rotating platen so that respective positions of the dies can be changed corresponding to the axial rotation of the rotating platen; an inner die and an outer die arranged on the rear face of the fixed platen so that the dies are capable of being engaged in the threaded dies when the rotating platen moves close to the fixed platen; and a thread removal mechanism removably connected to the threaded dies and provided with a motor and a rotation transmission unit which transmits the rotational movement of the motor; wherein the threaded die comprises a projecting portion formed with a threaded structure on the side face of the die, the thread removal mechanism is connected to the rotating platen, and the projecting portion of the threaded die can be rotated around the rotational axis which is the center of the projecting portion when the motor is driven.</p> |
