A multi-layer capacitor array is provided to suppress vibration of the multi-layer capacitor array generated due to electrostrictive force corresponding to the amount of electric field which is not generated by inner electrodes although the electric field is applied to the multi-layer capacitor array. A multi-layer capacitor array(CA1) includes a capacitor body, first to fourth terminal electrodes(1-4), and first to fourth inner electrodes. The capacitor body has first and second main surfaces(L1a,L1b), first and second cross-sections(L1c,L1d), and first and second side surface(L1f,L1e). The first and second main surfaces are faced to each other and formed in a rectangular shape. The first and second cross-sections are elongated in a shorter side direction of the first and second main surfaces to connect the first and second main surfaces to each other. The first and second side surfaces are extended in a longer side direction of the first and second main surfaces to connect the first and second main surfaces to each other. The capacitor body has a dielectric characteristic. The first to fourth terminal electrodes are arranged on outer surface of the capacitor body. The plurality of first to fourth inner electrodes are connected to the first to fourth terminal electrodes, respectively. The first and third inner electrodes are arranged to be in contact with a reference surface. The second and fourth inner electrodes are arranged to be separated at a predetermined distance from the reference surface.
