<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display recommendation display based on recommended program information, on a display of a recorded program. <P>SOLUTION: The digital broadcast recording and reproducing device comprises: a reception unit for receiving digital broadcast; a recording and reproducing unit for recording and reproducing the program received by the reception unit; a program meta information recording and managing unit for recording and managing program meta information received by the reception unit, with respect to the program recorded by the recording and reproducing unit; an information reception unit which access an information-providing system providing recommended program information to receive the recommended program information; and a recorded program display generation unit which when displaying information on the recorded program recorded in the program meta information recording management unit or when reproducing the program recorded by the recording and reproducing unit, simultaneously displays recommendation display based on the recommended program information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
