<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an uninterruptible power supply device, by which a countermeasure can be taken before an event, such as an overcurrent or an overvoltage or the like, that may interfere a robust operation, by determining the stability of output control periodically in the uninterruptible power supply device. <P>SOLUTION: An uninterruptible power supply device has a rectifier, an accumulator, an inverter, and a control device, and feeds power from the accumulator to a load during power supply interruption of a commercial AC power supply. The uninterruptible power supply device is provided with: AC output voltage command means that changes a command value of an AC output voltage amplitude of the inverter in a stepwise fashion; and response detection means that detects a circuit response of an electrical characteristic value as an interaction generated between the load and the uninterruptible power supply device.
