<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress shock in variable speed by appropriately performing negative torque-down, even when it is determined that the negative torque-down of an electric motor for driving cannot be performed, when coast down shifting of an automatic transmission accompanied by regeneration by the electric motor for driving is performed. <P>SOLUTION: When it is determined that the negative torque-down of a second electric motor MG2 cannot be performed due to output limit of an electricity storage device 26 in down shift of the automatic transmission 18, a power amount of the electricity storage device 26, which runs short by the performance of the negative torque-down, is calculated as a target regeneration amount W<SB POS="POST">MG2</SB><SP POS="POST">*</SP>by the second electric motor MG2, the regeneration amount W<SB POS="POST">MG2</SB>by the second electric motor MG2 is increased by the target regeneration amount W<SB POS="POST">MG2</SB><SP POS="POST">*</SP>before starting the down shift, and the negative torque-down is performed after starting the down shift. Thereby, regeneration torque T<SB POS="POST">MG2</SB>by the second electric motor MG2 can be decreased according to progress of the down shift, and depression (increase of a deceleration torque) of an output shaft torque T<SB POS="POST">out</SB>can be suppressed in the down shift. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
